"This was a really bad experience. Left 5 pieces for dry cleaning and one alteration, and paid in advance (quite a bit of money). Received a text four days later saying that my clothes were ready. I went to pick them up and was told one of the pieces had not arrived yet. Also, they had decided to remove the lining of a jacket I left and charge me separately for it, even though they didn’t say anything initially. I had taken this jacket for dry cleaning before and nobody ever did this. So, on top of the payment I had already made, they made me pay for this surprise extra charge. On top of everything, I noticed they had not made the alteration. It is a pity, because this place used to be good, but I’m not coming back and suggest you don’t use it either."
