In & Out Dryer Vent Cleaning

"We had a great experience with In & Out Dryer Vent Cleaning. Our dryer had gotten progressively slower to dry anything. We called and got a reply within minutes. We were lucky that Michael had just wrapped a job nearby, and was here and working in less than a half hour. It turns out our roof jack was clogged so nothing was ventilating. He fixed the actual cause (non-code configuration), and then cleared the clog itself. We have since tried the dryer with good results. Michael was careful to explain every step of the process so we understood what he was doing. With only the two of us, we should be good to go for another 5 years. Yay!"

"BUYER BEWARE! Get the price BEFORE he begins. Forget what he says on the phone. When I realized what he was actually charging me and I wanted him to leave because the charge was OUTRAGEOUS. He said, "Well you are already in $385."..and HE WASN'T EVEN DONE. Mind you I wasn't having any problems with the dryer. He charged me $60 transportation/gas to my home, although he is listed in my neighborhood.. $10 sq ft for cleaning the vent. I have a 2 story home. He said it was 30 ft. so he charged me $300 then he proceeds to charge an additional ch $150 to go to my roof and open a flap. Mind you, he was in and out in a half hr. TOTAL COST $545 with tax. I asked for an itemized receipt, he said he would email me one. All I got is a credit card receipt. I texted him and am still waiting. I have had the same work done multiple times, including going on the roof for around 100-125. The company I previously used (Lintman) was not available so I unfortunately called this guy. All I can say is please go by word of mouth from neighbors you know ( not a review) who have had this service done. I have learned the hard way."
