"Very thorough residential cleaning service. The company is licensed and bonded and perform background checks on their employees. The cleaning staff is always on time, professional, and friendly. The scheduling coordinator is super nice and easy to work with and always texts an appointment reminder and follows up after each visit to ensure I’m satisfied. I highly recommend!"

"I have now used Keen Maids several times so I feel I can give a fair review. Adda is the coordinator and as someone who hates calling for a simple request - I appreciate that she is available via texting. She is also very organized and compassionate. I had to go out of town for a surgery and she was very sweet with checking in for service needs and overall well being. The team that usually comes to my home are Yudy & Tania and I love them. They are sweet and incredibly thorough. They ask clarifying questions and build relationship which I appreciate since they are in your home around your possessions. They are thoughtful and very strong! (They lifted my bed to clean behind the wall!) The price range is moderate but great for the extensive clean you’re receiving. I am moving to a new apartment in a few weeks and they are scheduled to clean that space. Once I have pictures I will update my post!"

"I like to start with the positive first, they were extremely responsive, professional and on time. For the amount of money they charged me for a “deep clean” and the type of job they did was not worth it. I ended up cleaning after they left. I only have a 3-2 and my house is fairly clean to begin with. They never cleaned the front of my kitchen appliances, underneath my bathroom toilet was still dirty, my blinds were never dusted and my floors were still dirty after they left. It was very disappointing. I made sure to let Adda know so they can correct this with future customers. She said she would send another team out to correct their mistakes which I do believe is good customer service."

They were thorough with getting the details of the request, available and responsive and made sure I was satisfied when the job was completed. Would definitely use again."

"Accidentally set a pizza in the oven on fire which resulted in fire extinguisher residue EVERYWHERE! Adda sent people in same day to get the mess cleaned up and they did a great job! Always punctual and always great work!"
