"The worst Dry cleaning experience, if you value your clothes DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEAN SERVICE. I took my Kashmir coat (see pictures attached) and they damaged the texture of the Kashmir, and burned the buttons of the coat; when I went complaint to complaint to the store, the manager/owner told me that they do not guarantee the service, and they could do nothing for the damages on the Kashmir and burned buttons on the coat, and they would not refund my money. Is unbailable how can a business like that can operate."

"Definetely a great switch when I found this dry cleaners. Over two years already bringing my weekly and travel clothing and the service is impeccable. Shirts, slacks, suits are perfect and when one of the buttons is already not looking the way they should they do changed for me at no extra cost and this is where service distance by far from other places in the attention to details, being open for longer hours and providing the flexibility to pick up and drop off after work or on Saturdays until late in the afternoon and most important everything is done there while other places have to send the service out. This is a true dry cleaners service with outstanding customer service. Extremely satisfied customer."

Shoulder pads wouldn’t do, so I ran out to buy a new sports jacket. I found one I liked, but the sleeves were a little long. The seamstress listened to my concerns, marked my coat, and had the sleeves hemmed in 72 hours. The alternations were perfect, and the fit made me feel confident delivering the presentation. "This cleaner is conveniently located as I am in the neighborhood. The manager/owner is kind, respectful, and speedy. I go here on a weekly basis and have never had any major problems with my dress shirts. If a dress shirt didn't come out perfect or a button got messed up, he fixes/replaces it at no charge and it matches the shirt and doesn't look out of place. I have gotten alterations done, stain removal, and have had zero issues. The place is fantastic, pricing is very reasonable, and clothes are usually finished before the allotted time mentioned on the receipt. I would definitely recommend this cleaner to anyone, they have exceptional service and friendly."
