"I swiped my credit card in one of the wash booths. When I was done washing I attempted to stop the timer and the stop button wasn't working. It charged me another $5 before I finally got the button to work. Seems others have had this issue. I'll be contacting my credit card company and requesting a full refund."

"Went threw the water wizard got the $14 super only one side put out soap.then it was supposed to wax it didn't.half my car was still dirty tried calling to tell them their phones are not In service no more"

"Would give zero stars if able. Absolute rip off. Had to go to 4 different bays to get the wash to work. Swiped my card at each bay, trying to get it to turn on and on the 3rd bay it would turn on and run for 30 seconds and turn off. I had soap all over my car at this point so I swiped again and the same thing happened. I went to the 4th bay and was able to get the water to work so I could rinse the lite soap that did come out off, as bays 1, 2, and 3 did not have any soap in the high pressure soap option or the foaming brush wand. I checked my bank account and was charged $30.00 for a wash that didn't even clean my car since their equipment wasn't working. No signs signifying machines were out of soap, no signs indicating the machine you insert money or cards into was malfunctioning. Do not use this car wash, unless you want ripped off and left without the service you'll over pay for."

"I got the platinum wash costing $10. Completely missed the tailgate. A water hose and no brush would have done a better job. You can't tell I even took my truck through the wash. I will never use this place again nor do I recommend it. Just wasted my money."
