"I've been to this cleaner for years and I'm unfortunately never going to spend another dime here again. Every time I pick up my clothes I see one person doing all the work while the other, heavier set one with dyed hair, is doing absolutely nothing. She has a horrible attitude, she's constantly on her phone, and sets a poor example for the store and the owner needs to do a better job of hiring employees that actually do their job. Maybe I'll come back once the heavy set employee is fired and another person with good ethic is hired, but until then I'm rating this location 1 star because of her disrespect and laziness. Quick shout out to Frankie for getting my clothes done quickly and always having a smile on her face. She's the only asset this establishment has, in my opinion."
