"Please do not give the one star review ANY consideration. As the person has only ever done that review in their lifetime. Sounds fishy to me. I was in the shop today 2/11 at 1202pm. Everyone that walked in was greeted and helped as soon as the staff was finished with the project they were working on. Taylor gives 100%, she is passionate, funny, and an AMAZING artist. She designed a cover-up that has far exceeded my expectations. The experience is never forced or rushed. She dedicates her time and attention to what she is working on. She goes above and beyond. Great music, great art, great vibe. She can't ever leave me. Lol"
"I'm not sure how their work is as I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me. The hours on the door said closed on Sunday, but the open sign was out,plus the highlands news sun just featured them in the Sunday paper,listing their hours. I went inside and asked the lady sitting there on the couch if they were open and she said I don't know they are over there. I waited a little bit,but was ignored so I left. The shop smelled like stale cigarette smoke,so it was probably a good thing I didn't stay. If someone else had said hi or acknowledged me I would have been ok. Well I hope they make it. They don't need my business."

"Nice shop, great atmosphere, incredible artists. Taylor did an amazing job on my tattoo. I walked in not knowing what to do to cover a previous mistake. Taylor put together a design I never could have. Able to make a quick appointment, inked for 6 hours and left craving more. I can't wait to go back and get more done. Thanks again Taylor."
"I was referred by a friend to go here for my first tattoo and told to go to Taylor. I absolutely loved her , she walked me through the whole process and interacted with me the whole time. Made sure I was doing okay the entire time and made sure i loved every part of it.She had such a light hand I fell asleep throughout pretty much the whole process, her work is original and authentic with everything she does.I will for sure go back!"
