"I've gone to Skin Deep to be pierced by Crystal for my last 3 piercings. Crystal is amazing at what she does and is very professional. All of my piercings are straight, placed perfectly, and pierced with high-quality jewelry. I am sensitive to low quality jewelry and have never had a problem healing her piercings with implant grade titanium. Crystal makes the process easy. She explains every step as she does it and keeps you calm. The shop is clean, all the equipment is sterile, and there's a great selection of high-quality jewelry. I refuse to be pierced by anyone else since I started going to Crystal almost 3 years ago. I can not recommend her enough."

"I got my nose piercing done here by Crystal and it was an amazing experience. She walked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I knew that she was sterilizing EVERYTHING. She was very helpful with picking out jewelry and deciding what would work best for me while also helping me with my goal of eventually having a hoop. Extremely comfortable experience, and I will definitely be back. If this will be your first piercing like mine was, this is the place to go. The shop also had a great vibe and I felt comfortable all the way through. Excellent all the way around!!"

"Horrible customer service. And they delete reviews. I guess I’ll just have to keep posting. Matt did a tattoo on my wife’s hand and as it was healing she noticed it was fading. She notified him about it and said no worries I’ll fix it when it’s all healed. A few weeks later we contacted him for him to fix it and he wants to charge $50 to do a touch up. It’s a month old! It shouldn’t need a touch up! Atleast not if he knew how to do tattoos."
