"DO NOT GO TO O-TOWN TATTOO STUDIO! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RESPOND TO YOU. One star is too good for them, there should be no stars. We paid them in cash for 2 tattoos, then changed our minds within 5 minutes. We didn't even meet with an artist, no equipment was set up or opened. They wouldn't give us our money back, the owner wouldn't speak to me, and they haven't responded to my emails. This is not a professional place. STAY AWAY OR YOU MIGHT GET SHAFTED TOO!"

"I went to get an ear piercing and Sophie did it. She did such a good job I actually went back and she’s given me 2 more since then. I’ve always struggled with piercings healing but all 3 that Sophie did healed so incredibly well! Definitely won’t use anyone else but her moving forward!!!"

"Great location. Very clean, well lit and nice studio. Awesome staff. Chance is our favorite! We have been going there for years. We’ve gotten our piercings there and most of our tattoos. (Had some before we moved here.)"

"If I could give -5 stars, I would. My partner and I came in for piercings and tattoos during their Friday the 13th sale. I was impressed with the tattoo, Budda did amazing and was actually pretty hilarious to speak with. Chance, however, was my piercer. He did basically fine with mine, but my partner got a double nostril done and it was not even at all. She had to go get hers redone at another studio not even 48 hours later because of how bad it was. The other main complaint I have is the lack of aftercare instructions that were provided. We were just told "unscented soap and water." No duration or anything. When my partner went to get her double nostril redone, I had spoke with a tattoo artist at the other shop and they gave me better aftercare instructions for my tattoo. Honestly, I would avoid going here at all costs. Budda seemed friendly, but Chance did not. He didn't really want to answer any questions we had during the time of service. He did not advise us of the jewelry he was using. I understand that during this day it's busy and there's a lot of people, but taking the time to answer someone's questions, on top of checking your work, on something permanent like a piercing - that's excruciatingly important to do. I'm moving back to NY, but to be honest, I'm very happy with the fact that I will not be returning here for piercings, at all. I wish I could get our money back for the issues we had to face, considering we had to go and spend more money elsewhere to fix their damaging work."
