"not sure who i spoke to this morning but she sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. went to several locations looking for an item decided it was easier and less time consuming to just call the locations that say they have the item in stock. called this store and the girl on the phone said “she couldn’t look the item up” and “had to scan it” told her i had a code, said “no i need to scan it”. mind you the devices they use to look up items for guests allow you to look up item codes as it’s the same exact one at my location so not sure where she got them “you can’t look it up” and then she said “the store was busy” and that i’ll “have to come in and find it” i went in and it was dead. called the location down the street and she was happy to help and looked up the item and had one left. so what i get from this is that she just didn’t want to help cause she was eager to hang up the phone"

"They force you to use the automated registers at this store. I'd rather have a human cashier (good or bad). The automatic registers aren't saving me any money or time. I don't work for CVS so if they want me to use the automatic registers I want a 20% discount for my labor. Pretty soon there will be just some robots filling the shelves."

"Pharmacy does not pick up the phone. After making you waste time throuh many options on the menu, you end up in a voice mail and who knows when they will call you back. If you need some urgent information about medication or missing prescription you must go to the store in person. I guess humans don't know how to use phones anymore."

"Self Checkout I don’t do self checkout. I had one item I didn’t go to self check out young male there said I had to. I explained I do not do that he then took the item from my hand and then you can go. Which I did. I walked down to Publix a few doors down and the same item was 65% less. I want to thank that young man for being rude as it saved me some cash. I will not be back to this cvs"
