"I had to write a review the second I got home honestly. They have THE BEST STAFF and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only shop that was really busy since it was Friday the 13th and was still able to take the time to answer phone calls to answer questions. I got my nipples pierced and I never felt more comfortable in my life. Takes her time to make sure everything goes as swiftly as possible for you. She will talk you through every single step of the way of everything she is doing and reassures you. Plus, she has snacks to make sure you have something in your stomach before getting pierced! :) And she will make sure you’re feeling okay before you’re heading out. They deserve all of the clients for them. I wish nothing but the absolute best for this shop."
"John is an awesome artist and very dedicated to his craft, I had a tattoo and two piercings done and I am more than satisfied with the price, and the service. I'm not a local but if I'm ever back in tampa, I'm definitely getting more ink from john!"
"This isn't the place for someone who wants to get a tattoo or piercing for fun. I came in for a walk in appointment for a piercing. Ironically the person responsible for piercing was in front of me unoccupied, but wasn't able to do any piercings. It was a blessing in disguise because I got warmer and better quality treatment somewhere else. Maybe it's good for tattoos but the customer service was poor, so you will feel better spending your money somewhere else."
"I'll start at the beginning. I have never had a tattoo before. I was looking for something specific ( a sports tattoo) I contacted Jeff the owner and he put me in touch with Kyle Lambert. Well let me tell you my experience from the beginning ( the design) to the end (the aftercare) could not have been better! Kyle listened to everything I had to say, he never minimize anything!!!! His design fit me perfectly. He is going to be designing my next tattoo real soon. If you want a great looking tattoo and a great experience go see Kyle at Bay City, you won't be disappointed..
