"Kelly is the manager at this location. I am handicapped and she refused to fill my doctor's prescriptions bc his office was 51 miles from their pharmacy location. This is not true bc I called the Dept. Of Health in Florida. Kelly is rude ND a tade bit crazy. Stay away."

"Came here yesterday to pick up my blood pressure prescription and was told it would be a 30 min wait for them to fill my prescription. I told them I would come back in a while as I had other errands to run anyway, and after giving them 2 and a half HOURS of time to fill said prescription, they told me “sorry we have been slammed give us 20 mins”… at that point I didn’t have any more time to wait around.. I had to get back to my baby. I asked them if they could send my prescription to a different Publix and they basically forced me to do THEIR job and I was the one that had to call a different Publix to get it filled.. Thankfully, Palm Springs Publix in Altamonte Springs was amazing and filled it for me just in time before they closed with ONE pharmacist working. At a busier location. Meanwhile, this Eustis location had multiple people working, making excuses. Will not be returning."

"Renewed my 3 prescriptions online with the Publix Pharmacy App on a Saturday morning, about 7am. Received a reply that it would be ready after 3pm on Sunday. Sunday comes and goes. Monday morning at 10:57am I get a text that it's ready. This is not the 1st time, but it's the last time."

"Every single time I come here to pick up a prescription, I'm met with excuses on why it's not ready yet. Today, a prescription that was sent to this pharmacy on MONDAY (today is Thursday so 3 days ago), had still not been filled. The reason? The pharmacist said that the order had just came in and was still in the box. Why is this the excuse every time I come here? I always call first and am told it will be about an hour, sometimes 3-4 hours. I wait however long they tell me then go to the store, only to be told every time that it will be another hour. "If you have any shopping to do, you can do that and come back in an hour". It seems to me like they're telling people this to drum up more business for the store."
