"Last Friday we went to pick up an antibiotic for our daughter and we’re informed only then they they don’t carry it. I feel like a call would have made more sense instead of having us drive all the way out there for them to electronically transfer it to another pharmacy. On Monday the ped called in a script for our other child. We went back on Wednesday to pick it up and we’re told it wasn’t ready, but we could buy it over the counter. Our insurance doesn’t cover OTC. They had two days to fill it. They only want to play the blame game as to why it wasn’t filled. Because of other time constraints, we were unable to wait around for an hour for them to give us a pre-measured tube of cream, so we had to leave without her script. This isn’t the first time we’ve run into problems with this location. The pharmacist is rude and doesn’t care. Avoid them if you actually need your meds filled efficiently."
"Started using this Pharmacy as it is on the way to a new Dr's office. I have been using CVS. The prescriptions for 3 items were called in about 45 minutes before I arrived. The parking lot was clean and nice landscaped well, the larger trees that are mandated look nice and provide shade. There was no one in line or at the window and I was immediately greeted. The young lady got my info and took care of my items quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and personable. Super smooth visit took less than 5 minutes with ID and payment. 5 Stars CVS"
