"Personal Service HERE .. This Ain't your Typical Walgreens and it's NO Publix or CVS either . It's a hometown pharmacy with a Special Touch . They Care , they go the whole 9 yards . They Bend , help the customer's . There's No Customer then the Pharmacy , Your 1 . Their on your side . It's like a Team . Plus shop , look around , they have all things a Pharmacy should have .Need a Vacune ,, ASK , You'll get personalized service in a private setting . "Hello, I’m a 64 year old mother and grandmother on a very limited income and I’ve been trusting bay pharmacy with my prescriptions over the years. I’ve been wondering why my insurance hasn’t been covering my thyroid medication and a few others so I gave my insurance company a call this morning especially since my income is very low and found out that bay pharmacy hasn’t ran my prescription through my insurance company and they were just charging me out of pocket and wouldn’t even except a discount card. I’ve contacted a attorney about this but if anyone else is hearing these same things you should definitely look into it because I was shocked to find out I’ve been lied to by the people I’m supposed to trust with my medications."

"Today as always when I come to Bay Pharmacy I am treated like family! I wasn’t feeling well today called to check on my RX the gentleman answered made sure my medicine was ready and he cashed me out with “the pleasure is mine” the staff is great no long lines, you are treated like family not a customer!
