"Waited for 20 minutes on someone to tell me how long it'll be for a cut, but no one said 1 word to me (even when some of the staff was free )so I left. Wasn't greeted at all. Customer service needs major work. Even with no appointment, you still have to greet the customer at the bare minimum."
"Well let me start with this. My barber's name is Gerardo! He does a fantastic job. I was going in today, and my appointment was at 2:00. I realized I was running early. I gave him a call today. I said to 'Gerardo, would be all right if I come in at 11:00"? he said absolutely come on in we'll get you taken care of. I would highly recommend this barber shop. and much more to offer. Please go to this place! I highly recommend it! You get the best bang for your buck thank you."
"Latch Life Barber Shop is another one of those Barber Shops in the Palm Beach County that has that vibe of the 'Barber Shop' movie with Ice Cube. Everyone is chill, place is clean, they have TV's inside of the barber shop with sport channels and music in the background, the barber shop in general is modern and barbers are nice/respectful towards their customers. A cut is around $15 dollars for senior citizens and anyone younger than 17. Everyone else is $25 for a normal cut, but if you want your beard trimmed then it's $30 for the cut. It takes around 1 hour - 1 hour and 30 minutes until the barber is done. It's not your normal hair cuttery place where it takes 15 - 30 minutes, the artist comes out of them. Overall, it's a great barber shop and I recommend anyone to go here, no matter the age."
