"Had dinner at Black Marlin Friday Jan. 5/24, made 7 PM res couple of days before, found it by walking by. We arrived a little early they took us in no problem. We had Black Marlin salad, great lite dressing, all salad produce fresh and good “crunch”, for mains we had chicken & artichoke w/ scallions, Caribbean jerk swordfish, with mango salsa all excellent, both chicken and fish we’re perfectly prepared hot and juicy. Service from Ellen was great she was attentive but did not rush the dinner. We will return, nice job to all at The Black Marlin Restaurant, Stuart."

"Went for dinner Friday night, not to crowded but we did make a reservation. All our dishes were excellent, appetizers were very good as well. Service considering how busy it was , was very good. We'll be back soon"

"Black Marlin is a delightful quaint restaurant/bar which has a predominantly female staff. The clientele enjoy pleasant chatter, sips and eats while listening to oldies. The jalapeño margarita warns of spice however I find it refreshing with a pleasant kick. The bam bam shrimp is fresh, lightly breaded with an Asian sauce and tossed on a bed of artisanal lettuce blend, with black and white sesame seed sprinkled on top. The chairs at the bar look like actual gator leather?! So cool."

"This quaint little restaurant & bar located in historical downtown Stuart offers comfortable booths, tall table top seating and a sit down bar. The customer service was above expectations. Our server, John, was friendly, courteous and on point. A great variety of cocktails, wines and beers are available. The food was excellent, high prices but worth it. We started with bruschetta which was beyond expectations. I enjoyed the stuffed shrimp which was superb. The shrimps were juicy and firm and stuffed with crab. The dish included rice du jour. For dessert we enjoyed a nice slice a key lime pie which had a nice crunchy graham cracker crust, and tangy meringue. A great place for a special date night or occasion."
