Carrabba's Italian Grill

"Stopped in for lunch on our way to south Florida. It had been raining all day, traffic was slow and a wreck up ahead on I-95 caused us to say let’s get off. what’s near here for lunch. We chose Carrabba’s and had a really nice lunch. The food was good and service attentive. Because it is a chain you can almost always count on consistency."

"Arrived early on a Friday evening and was promptly greeted and sat quickly. Our table host (server) Wendy was extremely pleasant and tentative (did not have to ask for anything) making our dining experience an awesome way to end our hectic week. The food was served exactly the way we ordered it (a lot of special requests) and was prepared perfectly. I asked to speak with the manager who also arrived at our table quickly and was very professional. I thought it important to express our gratitude for Wendy, the well prepared meals and the great experience. It certainly is a fantastic way to start a weekend!!!! I don’t traditionally do reviews but this one is well deserved. Thanks again."

"I’ve only been here twice, first time was excellent however, the second time I’ve been here I had to wait literally almost 2 hours for my food. I was told they had 3 new cooks in as to why service was slow, meanwhile the food was taking so long, most staff and our server Felicia had been very attentive and remained professional, making the wait a bit more relaxed. In the end food has always been excellent and fresh. REALLY bad timing for my second experience but I believe this location is a excellent choice for a good meal with family. Will update on future experiences."

"We did a delivery order for 5 that totaled over $100. It was delivered ahead of schedule, but when we unpacked it, the main entree was missing. We called the restaurant and they said that since we used a gift card, the best they could offer was that we reorder using a credit card, and then stop by the restaurant the next day and they would issue a refund for the second order. Really. So we packed up the meal and returned it to the restaurant. We were first told that the manager was too busy and to leave a phone number, but we said we'd wait. After some discussion, they agreed to issue us a refund. This took about 30 minutes, not including travel time. The moral: don't use them for delivery. If they get the order wrong, they will treat you like it's your fault. Update: the next morning, an owner called me and was very apologetic. He mailed us a voucher for an in-house meal, with a request to let him know when we'd be by so he could meet us personally. This was a good response, and I'm raising my review to a 3 star (it has been 1)."

"Nice looking restaurant inside. Excellent waitress Elaina. She was extremely friendly, professional, and just an all around great server. The lights on the outside need to be replaced. Your sign says B and not Carrabbas Almost missed the building. Great food and that’s what counts. Elaina deserves a raise she is awesome!!"
