"If there was an option to give ZERO stars, that's exactly what Duffy's Sports Grill at 6431 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL would receive from me. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. I called in with a simple inquiry, only to be immediately placed on hold without a word. Imagine waiting for an aggravating 12 minutes, hanging up due to frustration, then calling back, only to be greeted by an incredibly rude and young-sounding employee who had the audacity to yell at me to wait on hold. The sheer disrespect in her tone was shocking. All I wanted to know was the current wait time to decide between dining in or take-out. Instead, I spent over 12 minutes listening to endless self-praise about why Duffy's is supposedly the best, which, based on this experience, is far from the truth. Being yelled at by staff is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's a basic expectation to be treated with courtesy, especially when you're a potential customer. This incident has completely turned me off from Duffy's, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider patronizing an establishment that permits such poor customer service."
"I felt that the kitchen may have been understaffed, with two very large parties present among their lunch time rush crowd. Our food did take some time to come. Aside from that, we had Desiree as our server and she was wonderful! She checked in on us often, apologizing for the wait and making sure we had everything we needed in the meantime. She was super personable and communicative and we enjoyed having her as our server. Thank you so much Desiree! Happy holidays!"
"I had the shrimp scampi. It was good, but the shrimp was a little tough. The bread it came with was yummy. I wish it would've come with a side salad for the price, but that is extra. The server was awesome, super sweet & personable. So many games on, you can't decide which TV to look at. Which is great, if you enjoy keeping up with different games."
"I went In to watch a football game and to order food. Abrianna and Nicole were outstanding, definitely a friendly welcome and If I needed them to change a TV for a game they did it quickly. Service was perfect and always checked up on me. Also to mention other workers there are great to they all work hard, thanks again!"
