"90% of the time I call in to ask questions about my prescription or request it to be filled, the person I speak to on the phone is rude. They act like you calling in is a huge inconvenience. This pharmacy also has a problem keeping medication in stock."
"What's the point of a parking spot for pharmacy pick up if you don't enforce it. Always some lazy person parked in the spaces. I watched 2 men that could barely walk try to park for pick up and had to park 10 spots down. And the rude way WALMART PHARMACISTS ANSWER THE PHONE and put you on hold with out even asking."

"Sent in my refill request last Friday...given the holiday i figured i'd give them Tuesday and Wed to verify the ones that needed approved again (all blood pressure meds). Called today and was told 2 hadn't been approved yet. Called my Dr was told they hadn't received anything from Walmart. I've been a pharmacy customer at this pharmacy for over 10 years, 3 with my current Dr. This is NOT the only time i've had to do Walmart's job in getting approvals. Very disappointed! Might b time to change pharmacies. This covid pandemic seems to b everyones excuss for NOT doing their job. Just my fed-up 2 cents."
