"Four months ago, I had to change pharmacy from Publix to Walgreens due to a insurance change. Unfortunately, the service at Walgreens pharmacy has been very deficient and flawed. Consequently, I decided to go back to Publix pharmacy to continue using their services. Even though I have to pay for my prescriptions out of pocket, It is worth it. I truly hope, Walgreens pharmacy look into their system, staff training and improve services."

"Wait lines are long. I even called ahead and asked if my prescriptions are ready they said yes. When I arrived there were six people in line. When I finally got to the register one prescription was not ready. They said they would fill it right away. I stood to the side and after 10 minutes the pharmacist said what do you need. I said I'm waiting for my other prescription. He said you'll have to get at the end of the line. There was now five more people in line. If it wasn't ready they shouldn't have told me it was! I'm done going here for my prescriptions. I'll go back to Publix."

"Worst pharmacy ever! After a day and half of telling me they did not have my prescription, then assumed I would not pay the $1047.00 for medication, then told me it would be next day due to not having enough to fill said prescription, now it the next day, still no word on my prescription, cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Shameful! Glad im not dying waiting on medication! And thank you Lisa for helping me make my decision even easier as you laughed at me today, RX express was very happy happy to fill my prescription in 24 hours! Gladly to give them the 1,030$ for my 1 prescription!"
