"The costumer service at this location are knowledgeable and respectful unlike Publix Oakbrook Square on US1and PGA, Francise is rude and disrespectful, it's extremely disappointing when you have to drive further for excellent Customer Service. Plus this Publix bakery is the BEST. The manager here and her crew are AMAZING even while slammed. These ladies got it going on.. FRESH, FRESH, FRESH. Always satisfied when we shop at this location. "I have been using the pharmacy at this Publix for several years now. I would like to thank Niesha For her outstanding customer service. She always Has a big smile and is always pleasant. I had a prescription recently that I know was difficult to fill dealing with workman's comp and all the red tape.She handled it like a pro and smiled the whole time while dealing with difficult people.I hope Publix knows what a great employee they have in her. "I’m not sure why they have the option to online order subs from the deli if they are not going to make them. I asked 20mins after the estimated time that the order was supposed to be ready if they had the order and the associate told me “it’s not ready, we are busy, give us 15 minutes or so.” I don’t have time to wait 45+ mins for them to get around to making my order of one wrap. I am not impatient and don’t mind waiting a bit, but I was not rude when I asked if they had my order and the employee in the deli was uncaring about my order not being ready and seamed to think it was no big deal to not have an order ready 45 mins after the promised time. (I’m not one to normally write bad reviews but this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this deli and I now don’t have a lunch and didn’t get so much as a sorry from the deli girl. There were 3 people working, maybe have one person fulfill online orders and the other two tend to the line?)"

"This review is for the bakery! The bakery at this Publix location is outstanding. We have had many custom cakes made from them and they never disappoint. Recently on December 9th I received a phone call about one of my custom cakes from I believe the manager of the bakery (she has a little bit of an accent), she was so sweet and helpful ensuring she had the order correct prior to starting on the cake. I must say the cake we picked up from this order was one of the best we have had and beautifully decorated!! We will continue to order all our cakes from this location. The chocolate cake with raspberry and Nutella filling was fantastic. Thank you to all the bakers who helped on our cake!!! Whoever made the cake on 12/9 truly went above and beyond thank you!!"
