"Wow. The level of unprofessional behavior is only eclipsed by their ineptitude. Called to let them know that parts of the splash pad were not working or were barely putting out any water at all. Took five minutes to get transferred to the right person, at which point I was told by the guy ostensibly in charge of running the town's recreation that "Yeah - we know about that - we're working on it." His entire tone while speaking with me was dismissive and contemptuous. One week later, nothing has been done."
"They opened the splashpad late this season and only have it open 3 days during the week! Its 90+ degress in the summer, these kids need water play because the park is way too hot with no shade. Its frustrating that they limit the days and even the times in a town with literally nothing else for the kids to do. Hours: Mon, wed, fri: 10-12 & 1-3 Sat, sun: 12-5"
