Southshore Bay by Metro Places

"Visited the Metro Lagoon at Wimauma for the first time on 7/29. My Family and I rented the 8- seat cabana. Due to weather conditions we were unable to enjoy our visit and had to spend much of the time seated under the cabana. We could not wait any longer as the young children were getting restless so we decided to leave. During this time the front was filled with many other guests seeking refunds due to their experience as well. The staff who work at this location are teenagers "I too worked at a young age", however they were very passive and seemed like they did not want to be bothered. Providing assurance like "Yea, we'll refund you and you should see it back in your account in a few days" which we later found out was false information. There has been much back and forth with customer service since then and we still have no solution. No refund and No option to visit on another date because nobody answers the phone. On multiple occasions I have been left on hold for more then 30 minutes, I've chosen call back option and receive no call back! The service at this place is ridiculous!"

"No fast lane for prepaying online. $75 in person for kid and adult vs 82 online. Place is covered in trash. Trays on the floor. Drinks are premade with hardly any alcohol. Get beer to trust the levels. Trash even left on bar tables. Rude staff. Life guards don’t even watch to set if kids are jumping off floats onto each other."

"This place was not what I was expecting it’s AMAZING! I loved it and plan on coming back again. If your look to chill, have a drink, soak in the water and sun, this is it. Drink prices are reasonable and so is the food. No need to bring water, cups and cold water provided at the bar complementary."

"Super awesome place. Everyone that works their was super unpleasant though. All looked like they hated their jobs. Male bartender was not nice neither were the lifeguards. Would have been a lot more fun if the people were nice."

"Enjoyed a lovely birthday celebration with my princess group. Even though it rained it was still a great experience. Bar tenders were great , we found food truck burger and hotdogs to be enough to tide us over until birthday cake time."
