"My recent visit to a barber named Romel was highly disappointing. Despite Romel being a friendly and conversational person, his professional skills did not meet my expectations. He applied black coloring to my brown beard without my consent, which clashed terribly with my natural color. I found myself having to remove it as soon as I got home. The beard trimming was uneven, requiring me to rectify it myself. One side of my hairline was raised significantly more than the other, demonstrating a clear lack of attention to detail. This was especially frustrating after I had mentioned a previous satisfactory haircut from a salon I went to. I attempted to address these issues with Romel through a text message, providing photos and a video for reference. However, my message was ignored, with no response or apology offered. This lack of professional courtesy, coupled with the poor service I received for $40, ensures that I will not be returning. It’s regrettable that what I expected to be a professional grooming service turned out to be such a letdown. I wanted a barber not a butcher."
