I contacted the pick up who had not sent the water packs without complaining about the fruit. They told me they had found the packs and were going to make another delivery, 2 days later again I received half of what was missing."

"Customer service is trash. My online order was canceled after my money was taken, and the only response I received in store as to why was “I don’t know I wasn’t here last night.” This unacceptable for me. After I called customer service they informed me more than 1/2 my order was unavailable. Therefore I have to blame the app. Online ordering is not accurate & this could happen to you."

"The line to get out is longer than the lines to check out. I used the app on my phone to checkout. They really need a better system. You can't trust people to check themselves out and then be meticulous about checking every single item leaving. This is crazy. The photo shown is nothing to what the line truly is."

"Great place to shop, usually always have everything in stock that I'm looking for, my only complaint is the way that they have the gas entrance setup? Sometimes when you park it's hard to get out because there's a line of cars waiting for gas. Other than that, pretty good Sam's club"
