Sprouts Farmers Market

"I'm not sure what's going on at this store, but something needs to happen and maybe it will take an outside force to fix this (and at this point, I'm willing to instigate just such a thing). You have 2 managers there that treat the female employees like garbage. Joe and Henry. I don't know their last names, both seem to be involved in produce (Joe more so, but that's just from my observations). It's 2024 and you would hope that misogynistic power trips like I've witnessed multiple times (and shame on me for not coming forward sooner) would be a thing of the past, but apparently not. And the fact they do this in front of customers, or in the backroom loud enough to be heard by customers on the sales floor is shocking. What kind of retrograde, backwards organization are you running here? If a class action lawsuit ever happens, I'll be the first to sign up as a witness. I just want to come in and buy groceries, not be subjected to a scene from Mad Men. You need to fix this and quick. I'll also post this on your corporate site with my contact information."

"Quality of some of their pre prep foods have gone down , like the protein box’s and crackers/cheese /chicken salad combo for $8/$9 the grapes should be good and fresh. They weren’t, almost all bad , cheese smelt and tasted expired but by the time I got home and ate someone I couldn’t turn around to return it. Customer service: as a “head cashier” you should call who’s next in line when you’re free, I waited my ture, my line got busy, she was opened and instead of calling me next and seeing I only had one thing and the person checking out in front of me still had a lot of stuff she called the people behind me, in a sneaky way , instead of saying out loud “next over here” telling me she knew she was wrong as well. That’s not cool."

"Sprouts are great for fresh produce variety and value. Most staples aren't name brands I'm familiar with but they met my needs and worked out perfect. Nice variety of spices and seasoning packets not like most grocery stores. I enjoy trying something new. And yes, just like all stores, some items are pricey , you just move on. My biggest win is they sell venison burgers. Wish they sold venison roasts, maybe some back straps. Those burgers all crumbled up, are very tasty in my chili."

"I was there today, as I am every week, to buy my groceries, and after I checked out and went to my car I was checking my receipt and noticed 2 things that i never bought. I went back inside the store and told that guy who checked me out that i never bought this products and he returned the money without asking a single thing. So it means that he knew that i never bought this products. But my concern is, i have never checked the receipt after i pay because I never thought I would pay for something I never bought. How many times this has happened????? They are playing with my money! No wait, they are stealing!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!"

"Excellent place, so happy we found a lot of fully grass fed meat and poultry! So many very nice products and fresh produces, love to grocery here"
