"Google says DQ is open until 10 P.M. on Saturday night..inside and for drive-thru. At 8:50 the lobby was closed, so we went through the drive-thru. When we inquired about the lobby bring closed, we were told that they closed it early so they could clean. As a result, the drive-thru took thirty minutes. On top of that, they had no chocolate ice cream on a Saturday night! The last time we were there and asked for a Blizzard and a cup with two scoops of chocolate ice cream, we drove away with only one scoop. We gave them another chance tonight, but now we're done. Bye-bye, Mount Dora DQ. ** I USED THE LINK PROVIDED BY THE OWNER SO THEY COULD ROUTE MY CONCERNS TO THE FRANCHISE'S OWNER AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE."
"I come here every few months, and the food is consistently good. I usually get the honey BBQ strips. Last time they were out of those, so I got the regular strips which came with came with little biscuits and fries. The biscuits were so good. Slightly crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy inside. Today I got a burger with cheese curds which was okay, but wasn't that great. I should have got what I usually get. The chicken."
