"A true New York style deli & butcher shop. Not particularly large, but has a very impressive selection of fresh and frozen foods. From Boar's Head to their own internal brand plus a full array of in house, home made sausages that are outstanding. Their employees are probably the most helpful and especially cheerful people that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with in a retail environment. They are frequently slammed with customers, but you never have to wait too long, they'll get to you very quickly, even if you're just getting one of their fresh made to order sandwiches, they will acknowledge you and take your order. It is worth your while to stop be and see how much they have to offer."
"What a gem! I travel 30 minutes one way to ensure I get the best meat in town. They are very friendly and the store is clean. Old time feel with a neighbor grocery store, butcher and deli all rolled into one. Will continue to shop there for a long time. Thank folks you make the trip to shop there a pleasure"
"Not exactly on my usual fly route, but if I need something really good - meat, fish, produce - it's close enough to be worth the extra travel. Never had a bad visit - just have to hold the reins on my wallet - too many temptations! This time it was the butcher counter, and as usual the quality was superb, and I got to make an old favorite comfort food meal with their lovely skirt steak! Yummy in the tummy!"
"WOW. Best little market I found since I moved to this area. They have a fantastic meat market with REAL butchers cutting meat. They make several different kinds of fresh sausage links and bulk. Murphy's even with an Irish name makes the BEST Italian Sausage. They also have a wonderful deli and make great sandwiches. You can find seasonal produce here you can not find in the big grocery stores. I drive 38 miles to this store it is worth the drive.You should too."
"I love Murphys deli and butcher! The employees are nice and very knowledgeable. This last visit I got roast beef from the deli for the first time. This is the BEST tasting and JUICIEST roast beef I've ever gotten! I also asked for thin sliced provolone. Both were cut to my liking perfectly. I will be doing more of my deli meat shopping here!"
