"Been coming here for quite some time with my toddlers. I will be the first to admit my younger son isn’t the easiest but all the women in the facility (especially Karli) seem to have good enough patience to deal with him and get him through the haircut. Today, Jason cut my sons hair and was fuming at my sons inability to sit still. He wasn’t able to interact with the child enough to calm him down & refused to complete the haircut. He was clearly immediately frustrated and frazzled. I asked the other stylist (Asian stylist) if she would mind finishing up the haircut on Jason’s behalf.. as she has cut my sons hair before, and she said she was off the clock and couldn’t stay to complete it either. At this point, both my kids (ages 4 and 5) are crying and Jason is arguing with me about taking full payment for an incomplete haircut. Unfortunately, due to my experience today, I won’t be returning to this location again."
