Hair Cuttery

"I am normally not this person, but I had come in from one already bad haircut and left with something worse. I had a weird shag mullet going on and I was very upfront with knowing it would probably need to be shorter, but I showed multiple photos of how I liked my hair and wanted it to be fixed. I just needed some layers and blended on the sides. But mostly, it needed some length gone on the back. Instead, I left with hair short as can be pixie cut that makes me look like an 75 year old grandma going to church. It is nothing like what I had described, and so much weight was taken. So, now my normally thick hair is thin, and I'm wearing a wig ,even in my own home, because I cry when I look in the mirror. If you are interested in a specific style, do not come here. They seem to specialize in one type of look for the area, and that is about it."

"I went to get a makeover. from brunette to blondie, and the super friendly Deanna always took the best care of me. She spent a lot of time on the change but it was worth it. For those who want a change of look, go to Deanna, she is excellent. I was very happy and many people praised the change. I'm really very happy. Thank you Dee."

"I went for a trim and blow dry today and I have never been to a hair salon where I walk in with a hair clip and almost walked out with a hair clip. My hair looked worse than when I came. If you go here DO NOT USE ASHLEY. She was getting my hair caught on the back of the blow dryer. And my hair had knots. She was partially blow drying because she doesn’t even know how to section the hair properly so wet and dry hair don’t mix up. I asked for a manager to tell them that I was not paying for the blow dry, just the cut. And he saved the day!! Thank you so much Scott for fixing the mess. And for not letting me walk out of the salon. I would give him 5 stars but unfortunately Ashley messed it up. If she is new, she needs to play with the doll head (for another year) not with people’s hair."

"Don’t come here for a haircut, especially from Kimberlee. I came here to get a haircut. I had super long hair as you can see from the pic and asked to get a cut 2 inches above my shoulders. I got Kimberlee since she had a few good reviews. I do not recommend her. One side of my hair was longer than the other and there were a bunch of random pieces that were longer than some other pieces (pics from green shirt and blue shirt). I came the next day to have the issues fixed. I had called in the morning to let them know what happened. I was told on the phone that Ozzy would be doing my hair and the manager would be there for me to speak with and that I’d have to sign some paperwork. Ozzy did fix the issues but I felt like he was rushing through the haircut which didn’t make me feel confident during the haircut. My hair is now 2 inches shorter than what I originally wanted since it had to be fixed (red top pic). I did not see the manager and to my surprise at the end Ozzy asked me where I had gotten it cut. I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and I was told no. Clearly there is a lack of communication between staff."
