"Had never been so humiliated as I was today. I come from San Diego, it's my first time in Florida and on this mall.. decided to come to this place to get a cut. When I came in, the hairdresser was helping a person, I was next, no appointments were mentioned or anything. Upon... 25 min waiting a gentleman, American, comes with a lady, and I clearly listen to him say "Let me ask what te waiting time is" the hairdresser follows with 30 min. In my head I was like " there is no way she's going to be done with this client and myself. Hairdresser comes to me saying she has an appointment when I clearly heard the guy say otherwise. After and hour waiting, the couple comes back and as I assumed, hairdresser tries to play it cool saying that she was going to help the other customer and I did respond to her that they did not have an appointment, that I clearly heard the guy say it. She tried to show me in her phone but she looked stupid since she new there was no time arranged. The texts she showed me were only hair photos. I am so upset, again very humiliated, clearly here power and race took its effect. I feel so powerless and this lady made me feel like I was trash and not worth it. Very, very bad taste."
