"THE SHOP HAS ROACHES! I was getting m hair done and a roach ran across my foot so fast that I almost didn’t see it until I looked in the corner and saw a whole nest of them! For the love of God, I was terrified. DO NOT BOOK HERE. No one should have to deal with that while they are getting a service done."

"The stylist does not communicate and over books herself. The whole time you are in the shop, don’t worry about any of the stylist speaking to you because they won’t, they talk amongst themselves, cursing, talking about inappropriate things while you’re getting your hair done and in front of children no older than 8! Don’t go through the hassle just find someone else to do your hair."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The first time I booked, everything went fine. I asked her questions through text message and there is where we agreed upon a price for feed ins with extra length. Seeing as though this was how things went the first time I booked, the second time rolls around for me to book my appointment but I didn’t add on extra length. So instead, I texted the stylist (Candice) and we agreed upon a price for medium knotless with extra length and she responded okay. Everything was fine until I got to the shop, told her again what I was there for and she did not add on the extra length. I was feeling rushed leaving the shop due to more clients coming in and her over booking herself so when I got home, I noticed that they weren’t long like I wanted although I paid her. I texted her about this and she initially told me to come pick up the money and THEN tells me that I need to add extra length on the website, EVEN THOUGH we literally spoke about it days before the appointment. She quickly said she would cash app me instead, after saying this. Needless to say, I never got my money after going back to the shop and texting her multiple times. There are so many hairstylist in Florida, this stylist gets very annoyed and does not communicate well at all. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"

"First class service!!! She did both of my girls hair and work space was clean and APPROPRIATE for children. No vulgar music was playing or extra people hanging around. And I love the girls hair. We will definitely be back."
