"My girl Hallie did her thing last night again, per usual. Hallie is honestly the best hair dresser I’ve ever had by far. She’s not only so professional and talented, but she’s a wonderful person and friend. We started with 22 inch extensions and this year upgraded to 26 inch extensions and I love them so much. My girl Hallie is a keeper and I don’t mind driving over an hour to see her. 5/5, would definitely recommend."

"I wanted to take some time to tell everyone about Alexa. She is highly skilled and will make sure that your hair looks amazing, and exactly how YOU want it. I was wanting to go from a dark blonde to almost full platinum. She was very transparent about how we could get it there in one session, or do it over a couple sessions to maintain the integrity and health of my hair. She went over pricing with me up front to make sure she was meeting my goals within my budget. Once we started drying it, I noticed it wasn't as light as the pictures I showed her, which I was fine with since I knew it this would be a process. It was still a light, very beautiful color (I even had her write down the formula she used for another time), but she said something about it immediately. She reassured me it would be no problem for her to tone and wash it again to get it exactly the way it looked in my inspo pics. With all the foils I needed, my girl put in work that day, but it came out perfect. My hair has never looked this good. :) She is literally one of the sweetest human beings on the planet. Easy to talk to, is always in a bubbly mood, and makes it a relaxing and fun experience. You can tell she is very passionate about her work, and truly cares about her clients and their happiness. She has also installed extensions on me a few times and is always extremely gentle. I never feel sore during or afterwards. They have amazing extensions at Monaco. They never itch! The salon has a wonderful selection of Paul Mitchell and Kerastase products. All the staff at Monaco I've spoken to have been so kind and professional. You can tell they are like family and very supportive of one another. The vibes there are so good. I cannot recommend Monaco Hair Salon enough!"

"I went to Monaco 3 times (diff people each time and loved each stylist). One for a full (may), second time for a cut and toner (Aug. because my hair was so damaged after I got it colored…) and then in October for a partial highlight. After my hair was colored for the last time in October I had to go back to get them to cut off the pieces in the front that were basically fried off. And noticed significant damage at my crown. I have been getting my hair colored blonde for a decade and this has never happened to me. I take extremely good care of my hair so it was really awful. I probably paid $1,400 between all services to be left with probably 2/3 the amount of hair I used to have, and significant damage on my front framing pieces which has really affected my confidence. I loved the stylists as people but I can’t come back… if you are blonde I would probably try somewhere else. I am shocked this is the #1 rated salon. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it , this was a total waste of money and now I have to wait probably a year of extremely diligent and extensive bonding treatments to get my hair back to it’s starting point.
