"Horrible barbershop in the area. When I walked in at 5:23pm, they were saying it was one hour wait. I was ok with it since the holidays and it was closed to my job. The guy at the front took my name and wrote it down in the book. It was 6:47pm and the Puerto Rican guy at the front chair on the left, took a guy that literally just walked in no even 15 mins ago, while I was already waiting since 5:23pm for anyone available. Because according to him my name wasn’t on the book. I took the book and show him that my name was actually on the book and I told him I was literally sitting there the whole time. He realized that he messed up and try to bring the excuse that the guy he took had an appointment with him. Mind you, he asked him “are you waiting for someone specific” before he took him. That’s when I got really mad. I understand people make mistake, but don’t try to lie. At 7:09pm, I finally got to sit in the chair. The whole time those barbers were mocking in Spanish about their clients. Literally mocking the clients that are paying their bills. Super unprofessional and horrible experience. Son unos puercos! Desde las 5:23pm y a las 7:49pm fué qué sali de esa barberia. El gringito qué me recorto se comporto bien professional y respetuoso. Los demas son unos puercos!!!! Honestly save your $35 dollars and go somewhere else. Horrible service, unorganized, and unprofessional employees."

"Ruben is absolutely amazing. I'm new to him (2nd visit today). First time I walked in and didn't even sit before greeted me and when I said I had no one, he immediately took care of me. I was with my last barber for years so it wasn't easy to explain my haircut (I'm used to walking in and sitting). After showing him a video, he instantly knew and got it just right. I fell asleep in the chair and both times and so far it has been an amazing experience! This place is extremely clean and we'll maintained as well. You can tell the staff care about their spaces. Highly recommend Ruben!!"

"We took my almost three year old son for a haircut (with no appointment) and Leslie was the one assisting us. At first, my son wanted NO PART of this “hair cutting thing.” He wouldn’t even walk to the chair, but Leslie was so kind, AND PATIENT! She even put Cocomelon on her phone for him! Once we finally were able to get him in the chair, she was so quick and precise! We will definitely be back to see her! Thank you Leslie!!!"
