With two thrilling water slides, the Cannonball and Pirate's Revenge, adrenaline junkies will have a blast riding over and over again. Visitors can also relax on the sandy beach or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear spring waters. Rent an inner tube for a lazy float down the natural river, surrounded by lush greenery and certified lifeguards for safety. Kids will love the Lil' Mates Caribbean Cove water play area designed just for them. Picnic tables, concessions, and a seasonal restaurant offer plenty of options for snacks and meals. Tents are limited in size, and grilling is not allowed. Come enjoy a day of fun in the sun at Buccaneer Bay, where there's something for everyone to enjoy!

"What a great time I had with my 11year old daughter!! They have such a wide range of activities to do in different things to play with on in and that you never get bored. EVER! I am 32 and my daughter is 11 and neither one of us were ever bored. It was a great great time! Highly recommend."
"This state park was nice and very small. The water was great, very cold, and they had a 20 foot dropped which was fun to jump on. I say the "lazy river" is overpriced because it is just a quick 2 minute float. It's just $10, but you're not missing much. The food was good but at the end of the day when you want to eat well you have no options."
"Not bad for a week day, got rained out twice but still got to swim. Water was initially cold at first but after doing a quick full body dunk into the springs I quickly got acclimated. When asked to leave the water during rainy/storm period,there was another guest (whom is not familiar to this type of situation) arguing with the life guard about how there was no storm coming. The life guard did a great job of explaining the situation and even asked how else he could help their families experience while in the park. Kudos Mr. Life guard! The wait was worth it because we got the chance to swim again after the 30 minute rule."
"Family friendly and affordable but a little outdated. Springs are beautiful and cold! Pirates revenge slide is very slow. Get there early because once capacity (1000 guests) is reached, there is no more entry for the day. This capacity is perfect. Not at all over crowded. Make sure to bring chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Everything is first come, first serve."
"We arrived shortly after opening, waited about 20/30 minutes to enter. The staff was friendly, the park was clean. My only major complaint is the lack of signs. We were a little lost looking for the boat entrance. Also, when we rented tubes no one told us we couldn't use them in the more shallow area, only to float. When we tried to float and use the kid float we brought with us, it wasn't allowed. I think the staff taking money for the tubes could've explained that especially since we were holding the kid float as we paid. Overall, it's worth the admission price."
