"Had great experiences with MTG Barbers until this week. I was unable to book a Tier 1 Haircut and was forced to book a Tier 2 Haircut because there were "no appointments open for Tier 1 Haircuts" despite there being dozens of open appointments this week. The Tier 1 Haircut wasn't even an option when I went to book online. I decided to just move forward with the appointment because I really needed a haircut. The Tier 2 Haircut, according to their website, is supposed to include shampoo & conditioning plus a scalp massage (The Tier 1 also includes the shampoo). I received neither of these things and my haircut, while quality, was nothing more than the standard Tier 1 Haircut I usually get. Instead, I was forced to pay a higher price for the same service. I won't be coming back. EDIT: To provide more context to their response (since I can’t directly respond to their reply), I was never asked if I wanted the shampoo & condition or scalp/neck massage. If I was a walk-in that had no idea what was included with the haircut I wouldn’t know to ask for those services. The only reason I didn’t speak up is because I was already dissatisfied with not being able to book the Tier 1 haircut at all and just wanted to get the haircut over with"

The moment I sat down, Steve was in control and gave me a haircut that has looked good for two full months. I've had compliments on my hair from friends and family. Even my wife has noticed how good of a cut it was. It's hard to describe the feeling of getting something back that you thought was lost. And a nice head of hair was the last thing I expected to have again. But here we are. Steve has earned himself a customer for life."
