Jersey Mike's Subs

"We recently visited Jersey Mike's Subs in Brandon after a successful shopping spree at Costco. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a positive dining experience. Having heard great things about Jersey Mike's, our expectations were high, and we were not disappointed. After perusing the menu, we opted for the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss and the Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich. The service was prompt, and our sandwiches were soon in front of us. The Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich was an absolute delight. The generous portion of chicken was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was simply mouthwatering. It's safe to say; that this sandwich exceeded our expectations. Next up was the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss Sandwich. Packed with flavorful portobello mushrooms and oozing with Swiss cheese, this sandwich was a savory masterpiece. The balance of ingredients made it both satisfying and delectable. Jersey Mike's Subs not only met but surpassed our expectations. The sandwiches were not only delicious but also incredibly fulfilling. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the bread added an extra layer of satisfaction to our meal."

"I ordered too long, Italian sandwiches, one with extra pickle and one with light mustard but when we got home, there was no extra pickle and the mustard was pouring out of my sandwich. We drove 30 minutes to Brandon to get the sandwich after doctoring our sandwich up. I felt that it was unfair for the amount that I pay $40 for two sandwiches and I get what I wanted, it’s questionable if I come there again, but I feel that you all need to know what’s going on."

"Easy to place order through drive thru and for pick up through phone. Area around restaurant is clean of debris. The employees are always polite. My favorite is the Italian sub. They always load it with meat and taste great. The prices are reasonable compared to other sub restaurants. I've gone here three times and have had a consistently good experience, and it's always a delicious sub."

"I have no problem paying a premium to have food delivered but I just paid $20 for a sandwich that I didn't order. They ignored every customization I selected on the app. It feels like if you're not there to babysit the food being prepared, they just don't care."

"Jersey Mike’s is a sandwich chain located on Causeway Boulevard in Brandon. The decor and colors in the place fit well together, although the place is small. The staff is quick and friendly at this location. The food here is alright. My cheesesteak was good, and was very cheesy; although I was disappointed at the first few bites. We were baffled when there was no mayonnaise on it, but otherwise tasted good. Overall, don’t recommend. Go to the Valrico location."
