"DO NOT USE BARROW POOLS!!! I signed a contract with Joe Barrow in October 0f 2020. My pool is still not finished 15 months later. The whole experience has been a total nightmare and Joe is a master of excuses. Covid and the supply chain back log has caused everyone headaches, but Joe has used those excuses for far too long. Every other company has adapted to the new reality except Joe. The nightmare of a half finished construction project has definitely come true for me courtesy of Joe Barrow with Barrow Pools."

"The first pool I have ever had built wasn’t easy or particularly fun (and I didn’t even have to do the hard work). There were a few miscommunications, errors, and expenses I did not expect. However, at the end of the day — we couldn’t be happier with our pool, spa, and patio. Our pool cage does still have a leak that we were told would be fixed multiple times and the travertine does get some mold on it (anyone know how to clean and keep mold off tumbled travertine pavers??). Sean always responded and even helped us after we were finished with our pool project — getting us more travertine in a super fast and affordable manner to build our fire pit. The pool and spa weren’t cheap, but I believe industry standard costing .... and, sometimes, you get what you pay for. And we are very happy with what we paid for. Thank you guys!"
