"Identity theft here! Beware!! Someone applied for credit here and got approved for about 14k using my social.. I have been trying to figure out if it was an error or somebody actually came with a photo identification to get this done.. for over 2 weeks I been waiting for an explanation from their “ investigation” from this business.. they don’t care at all and insist a little too strongly on protecting the identity of the person.. after filing a police report, I came today to talk to them and of course, no one in charge was present.( guess what? Maggie herself lied to me and pretended to be just an employee)so far I wasted 3 days of work calling credit bureaus, going to the police , coming in person to sort out the issue with no help or cooperation from the business.. they are well aware that the person came in person and finally did not have “the procedure” done .. in my attempt to clear this out today, I was told by a client that knows Maggie that she was there.. if nothing is going on why are they lying to me?? This sounds like an inside job to me..or at the very least very irresponsible ownership and management.. why ? The lies and the hesitation?"

"First and last time ever coming here. Please do not come here, even if you have a Groupon! I had an appointment for 5:30 p.m. I wasn't helped until 6:00 p.m. The nail technician barely acknowledged me. She did not sanitize the area or the tools when it was my turn. As she was doing the manicure I noticed that two of my nails were broken, she was going to leave them like that until I said something. Everything seems very rushed because I was the last appointment, and they were closing. While doing my nails the technician kept sniffling, and kept cleaning her runny nose on her shirt. Considering covid-19 it was disgusting. Their site claims the staff wears masks, and disinfects in between clients, that's a LIE! By the time she was done, she finished with cuticle oil, I redeemed my Groupon, tipped and left. When I went outside and cleaned my hands I saw my thumb was missing some polish, color is uneven, edges are horrible. I called the salon right away, and no answer. Extremely upset with the service, such a waste of money!!!"
