"This is an English pub, not Irish pub. There is a sign on the front door indicating no public bathrooms. If you are nice and ask respectfully, you most likely will get to use the bathrooms. The place is very clean and accommodating. Very good fish and chips every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Other specials throughout the week."

"Has the owner of this place ever been to an Irish pub? No ambiance whatsoever. Just another bar. Might as well put a fork in this duck because it’s done. Disappointed. They should of left the Hayloft in this location at least they didn’t pretend to be something they are not and they knew how to make customers feel welcome."

"I came to this place for the first time because I heard there was an Irish pub that had just opened in the neighborhood. When we walked in my mom went to the bar while I went to the restroom . Knowing I wasn’t going to like the vibe my mom declined to order drinks till checking with me. When I came out she was like do you want to stay and we decided to move on when the owner accused me of only coming in to use the restroom! We tried to tell him that we really just weren’t feeling the atmosphere. This was the owner! That’s how you treat a potential customer? Very disappointing, being of Irish decent we were excited for the possibility of a nice place to go in the area only to be disappointed . Might as well put a fork in this place because unfortunately they are done!"

"Stop on in the one of Hudson’s little gems in the rough. You will be greeted by Douglas. He is a true gentleman and full of marvelous stories of his travels. They have a large selection of wines and beers. Don’t forget to try the fish and chips with and ice cold pint. He has an amazing sangria that can’t be forgotten. Stop in you won’t be sorry."
