"I had wrote amazing things about Mona but I had to come back and edit my review I’ve been going to Mona for about 3 years now. She is amazing at her job. But recently it’s just been going downhill. She has a really bad attitude and talks bad about every client with her customers. She asked to wax my lip and I said no and she still did it. And when I was ready to pay she asked where her tip was? Like I thought tip was optional. She also left some extra hairs. She does a good job when she wants to."
