"INITIAL REVIEW:Will be coming back !! Don't get fooled by the look or location. They do a great job !!!! Thank you so much i will be coming back, I can't remember the last time my hair looked so silky and shiny, , humidity got nothing on me !! UPDATED REVIEW: I called to make an appointment for 12:30 I called to reconfirm 1 hour before , all good. I'm now writing this review 2 hours later , and they only washed my hair. I left. They are very disorganized unfortunately. A lady walked in and nobody acknowledged her after looking at her straight in the face , she stood there for a minute or 2 and left. I would have done the same. It feels very homey at the salon with the ambiance and uts awesome but the owner needs to remember it's a place of business and not encourage the ladybthat washer hair to slack and chit chat while people are waiting , use headphones and keep talking on the phone while servicing your client if you absolutely have to ! Be efficient ! Clean the floor instead of wasting time. With stricter management this place could make so much more money!!"

"My Daughter went to add extensions & the owner dare to let her leave walking out with all her real hair showing not blended at all and she paid full price when I call the owner she says there was a language barrier because my daughter didn’t speak Spanish I told her she did a horrible job & and she need to fix my daughters hair (I speak perfect Spanish)well she then told me to come in and she will fix it, 10min later she calls me to tell me would have to charge me more money REALLY!! She took advantage of a 14yr old that didn’t come in with her parent bottom line! As a owner she should’ve offered to fix and for free especially if you want to keep your customers I would Never go back and would recommend people to stay away she may do a good job on wash and blow and that’s probably it ! As a business owner You take care of the customers and if she couldn’t do the job she should’ve said no from the beginning she took advantage !!!Stay away , still waiting for her to call me and offer a wash and blow at least for free !! I will attach a photo how would you feel if you walked out of the salon this way and also my daughter had another bundle of hair and never once told her she needs to add it because she had other customers waiting and she felt rush UNACCEPTABLE STAY AWAY"

"This salon is very good. The people here are very efficient. The work work pretty fast due a system they have created. 3 woman blow dry and 1 washes hair. My mother and I went into the salon at 12:10pm & left 2:30pm. It seems like a long time but not when I've spent 6 hours in a salon. They are all talented in their skill. I am definitely coming back."

"I am an African American woman and I must admit before going in, I was hesitant about how my relaxer would end up. However I am so delighted with my results! It's been 4 days since I went in and it is still FRESH! Cristina relaxed my hair and Carmen cut and styled it... like a God! I recommend this place to anyone with hair. They are friendly and professional. God bless this business! I will definitely be back :)"
