"I visited this nail salon for the first time after finding good reviews and pictures on Google. The salon had a pleasant atmosphere with nicely lit interiors, creating a relaxing ambiance. The pedicure service by Emily was decent, and she did a great job painting my toenails. The highlight of my visit was the massage chairs. However, I was disappointed I had to change my service from a dip powder to an overly because there wasn’t a wide variety of colorful nor bright dip powder colors. I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails until I noticed after leaving, my nails were not completely painted, which leaves me feeling a little unsatisfied. Another aspect that affected my experience was the wait time. Despite arriving before others, people who came after me were seen before me, possibly due to the holiday rush. Despite these issues, I am willing to give this salon another chance. Next time, I plan to try a different technician and make an appointment in advance to avoid any wait time. Overall, my first visit to this nail salon was a mixed experience. While there were some positives, such as the pleasant ambiance and the skill of the pedicurist, there were also areas for improvement, like the nail painting service and wait time management. I hope that on my next visit I will have a more satisfactory experience."
