"Can everyone braid, retwist dreads or plait good ? YES. However, when it come to washing and maintaining your natural hair most of these ladies ARE NOT licensed to do so. I came in for a braid take down and wash/condition service. My hair wash was for about 3-4 minutes. No cleaning of the scalp or anything. No soft scratching of the scalp just put shampoo moved it around and washed it out. No conditioner was put on my hair. I DID not sit under a dryer to be fully conditioned, none of that. And that was the main reason I came here. I could’ve took down my own hair. But pretty much come ready for braids at this “SALON”."
"I went to Impression Beauty Salon for a mid back length, small plaits with curls at the end. Let’s just say her team exceeded my expectations. The salon was very nice, clean and beautiful. The ladies greeted me when I arrived and assisted me very quickly with my scheduled appointment. To sum things up in one sentence…The ladies were pleasant and the service was fast. I would extremely recommend Impression Beauty Salon. It’s the BEST and I really LOVE my hair."
"Before I walked into the salon, I communicated with the owner Lovely. She was very responsive and gave me all the details I needed with hair and pricing. When I arrived, my stylist already had her station prepped and was ready to begin immediately. All of the ladies in the shop were nice , welcoming and professional. Every time they had a break, they would come and give my stylist a hand. I had knotless medium sized waist length boho and was done in 5 hours. The plaits were very neat with the perfect size. The shop is beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend getting your braids done here."
