Cosmo Nails and Lash

"The cost to get your eyebrows wax are just $10 but having them is permanent. The audacity of these females trying to cover up their mistake with reattaching my eyebrow hair back on with WAX! Not saying anything or showing me until I seen it myself. “I’m sorry” is all that was said. After didn’t even bother finishing up the other eyebrow. Leaving it uneven. My sister, who’s a regular, also went to get her lashes done and when ask if they can fix it, they cut the edge only. And refused to fix any further. The young lady name was Christie, instead of trying to resolve the problem all that was said was, “there’s nothing we can do if you’re not purchasing another set of lashes”. So thank you again Cosmos for a horrible experience."

"Just beautiful. They really know what they are doing. I get my lashes done there too and it’s amazing. I leave there looking like a new person. Only nail salon that knows how to get it looking just like the pictures."

"Short stiletto for seemed too expensive. The color acrylic was not what the sample on the mail showed. Their color acrylics are off from the sample sticks. The guy kept socializing while doing my nails and the job was not done to my liking. I paid and gave a tip but I don’t recommend and will not be going back."

"I went on March 10,2021 and the customer service was good the ladies were very nice however the lady that did my nails did an okay job. Okay first of all they do not have up any sign of there prices. They tell you as they go. I was asking the length of Curve nails and she told me $30 I do not like the length and she did the $30 length on my right hand and the $40 length on my left hand. However she did make them match up but kinda. She Extended the Acrylic and not the nail. My left hand looks more curve than my right hand. But you have to look very close. And one of the older lady did my pedicure she scrub my feet kinda hard. And I like the fact they change it around in there. Over all I will give them another try. And I did tip. The first 3 you will see is my (Right hand) and the other 2 are of my (Left hand.)"

"The absolute last time I will be coming here to get my nails done. I’ve been here multiple times and I should have learned my lesson. There is no reason I should have this going on with my nails and I just got them done YESTERDAY 11/5/2020. I don’t know the nail tech but he’s the only one at the first chair to the right. He rushes and has the most ridiculous attitude. These are my current nails. The white set was the time before. The picture of the white nails were taken a day apart smh."
