"Where do I begin? Okay, the first thing is that I had to get my nail tech to correctly paint my nails more than 3 times. She would not put polish on the entire nail so the corners of the nails were left unpainted. Ok, so maybe she's not the best painter, but then she had the audacity to argue with me about it. Loudly. Secondly, I thought it was sooo rude how loudly and constantly the nail techs were talking to each other in Vietnamese. It was so clear at one point that they were talking about me and the woman sitting opposite from me - who came in for a French manicure and was scolded because she wanted it the way she wanted it at the same time I was being scolded for not wanting three coats of paint on my nails - that the other woman just rolled her eyes and said to me, "Unbelievable." There are so many nail salons within a stone's throw of this place that I would be hard pressed to go back. One last thing, if you pay with a card, there is an up-charge. They want you to pay the tips in cash. If you get your manicure and pedicure at the same time, it's $5 extra. It's not an upscale salon (lol) so bring your own water, and for god sakes don't expect them to offer you a glass of prosecco."

"Called to make an appointment and was told I could come immediately. When I got there both the pedicure and manicure were so rushed. I left the salon with polish still on my skin. Gel polish wasn’t given enough time to finish drying under uv lamp in between coats and bubbled and peeled in less than 24 hrs. I asked for a design on my nail and was told “no”. My nails we left bumpy/ rough/ abd sharp. At this point I’m so frustrated I don’t even want to go back and ask them to take it off."

"I called to make an appointment and the owner was very nice over the phone. The place was clean and beautiful. They offered me a drink. However, the guy who did my pedicure didn’t speak any English. He cut my nails so short my skin is exposed and scratch the bottom of my foot. Needless to say I won’t be back. Also there was a gentleman there getting a pedicure. He was talking on his phone so loudly. Everyone around was looking at him thinking can you please be quiet. Nobody address the situation."
