"This is the worst experience I had few days ago, the old lady named Martta that works at Ulta drove me crazy, she wants me to buy what she wants, made me feel very uncomfortable with her rush and her vocabulary, very aggressive talking to me, so I left, then I met another lady that was well educated and calm which helped me a lot, and I spent lots of money with her. Behind the counter I hear the crazy lady asking customer to write reviews on her and I see they did, that is very sad. Low profile people are professionals."

"My experience was so nice overall. They were in the middle of a switch/restock so that was kind of sucky due to a lot of products models not being out or crowdedness. But what felt like a bright light when I was about to give up was Martha! She’s a pro beauty advisor and she taught me so much. I left with affordable products that I feel knowledgeable and confident about because she took the time to educate me and not sell me. Her bubbly and warm personality made it so easy to talk to her about my skincare needs but also our lives. "Bought a jar of Aveno face moisturizer online to be picked up at the store. When I got home and opened it, it had hair and lint all in the cap of the jar. I don’t even understand how this is possible. Seems like someone returned it after using it and it was put back on the shelf without being inspected. Extremely disgusting!"
