"This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails left nail polish on my cuticle. I had her do the cat eye which is supposed to be a top color on my nail. The base coat was supposed to be black and she only did one coat and was going to start putting the top color on when you could see through the black. When I asked her to put another coat of black on she got an attitude with me and said I didn't need another one. She didn't know how to do the cat eye and did it anyway. Some of my nails don't even have the cat eye on it but she said that they did if I turn my nail. She didn't show me the nails before she put them in the light and it was to late to change anything. After all of my nails were out of the light they are normally supposed to be dry but they weren't and she didn't touch then because she knew it and didn't do anything about it. She said she could redo them now but I had already been there for over an hour. She refused to give a refund or gift card. Now my nails are partially see through and I had to pay someone else to fix them"

"Horrified. 2 hours for a NexGen manicure... and it still wasn’t done. I couldn’t take it anymore! I had plans and left there with them barely filed and no top coat anyway. They charged me $40 for this mess. See pictures. I had a sweet lady try and rescue me from an older guy that filed my natural nail super thin. The entire salon knew I was pissed. I tipped her well because she tried to save the situation, but it was too late."
