"Usually the owner of this business/head stylist does good work on her clients. However, the professionalism is severely lacking especially to address any dissatisfaction. I went to this establishment recently to install a wig. To be fair, the wig was difficult to work with as the lace and fit were not ideal. I requested a ponytail as it was a 360 lace wig. She advised against the ponytail but I said it's ok if the PONYTAIL doesn't stay too long because I'm putting a visor around it. However, 2 days later the entire front lifted which was obviously supposed to be the most secure part of the wig. I sent her pictures of what happened and requested that it be fixed as I paid $130 for this service. She refused to fix it herself and handed me over to an incompetent stylist in the salon who probably got her cosmetology license in a CEREAL BOX, if she possesses any at all. Again I paid the head stylist $130 for the service. When I arrived today to get it fixed, the head stylist claimed she had an 'appointment' and left. The most amusing part is that she had the time to tell her other incompetent stylists what to do 'behind the scenes' because there were back and forth conversations between them while I was there. The head stylist/ owner instructed them not to style the wig as I only got charged to "put the wig back on". I was charged an extra $25 to fix it (the initial quote was $45). Anyway, that was the last time I'll be stepping into and supporting Bellature Beauty Bar. I cannot give my hard earned money to business owners with no integrity."

"I absolutely love this salon! Jameka always gives exactly what I ask for and even more! The salon is always clean and the vibe is very comfortable. I even took my daughter to get her hair treated and Jameka was very accommodating. I absolutely love her and the prices are definitely affordable!"
