"Went in to get my acrylic nails removed, and a manicure done on my natural nails. A lady came in after me who had an appointment at 3pm. I kid you not...mid service, as soon as the techn was done removing the acrylic from my nails, I was asked to go wash my hands. While washing my hands another tech asked me if I could come back to finish since they had the 3pm appointment to tend to. I asked how long was she going to be, and she replied at least an hour. I was floored. My nails are half done, and you want me to come back. Needless to say, I told them I was only paying for the removal, and nothing else. That was extremely unprofessional! I’m mad I wasted my time and my money."
"I accidentally happened on this site and as usual only dissatisfied customers post reviews, so I was inspired to write a review. I have been a loyal customer for 4-5 years that I have been back in Florida....have had acrylic nails for over 20yrs. They do excellent work and if you make an appointment you don't usually have to wait. I tried numerous places before finding Jojo's. Would recommend to anyone ...as I have done when ladies ask where I get my nails done! You can't always judge a place and the people who work there by a few disgruntled customers. As far as price you get what you pay for."
"Worst experience ever. Not only does my french manicure full set have bubbles..the quality of work does not deserve their high prices. They made me wait longer than i should have. I was there two and a half hours for a full set. I was onlu the second person there. The prices on the board also did not reflect what they were telling me. When i went in i also asked for a pedicure and halfway into it they said they can only do a polish change ($10!!!!???) Because they got busy all of a sudden. I was there first. Never coming back."
